Establish PayDo as an industry leader in global compliance, manage regulatory reporting and communication, and provide regular updates to senior management, aligning with PayDo's overall business objectives.

Oversee and optimize the performance, compliance, and daily operations of our credit card program, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of our card initiatives, manage key vendor relationships, and help scale the program as we grow. Lead day-to-day operations of our crypto-backed credit card and manage relationships with issuing banks, processors, and card networks. Monitor program KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.

Guide clients through the loan process from first contact to settlement, supported by a collaborative team. You will act as the point of contact for our clients, support Senior Mortgage Brokers with loan applications, and research lender policy and liaise with BDMs. Prepare Preliminary Assessments, handle serviceability calculators, and ensure compliance. Oversee loan tracking through to settlement and build and maintain relationships with clients, BDMs, and conveyancers.
