Serve as the Chief Architect for COMPLY, shaping the technology strategy and architectural direction, driving innovation across the product portfolio, and integrating AI capabilities into our future platforms. Define and communicate a long-term architectural vision that ensures platform scalability, efficiency, and flexibility to support COMPLY’s growth.

Help protect our organization’s systems and data, securing modern IT, networking, and cloud infrastructure, and implementing controls aligned with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, regulatory, and privacy requirements. Skilled in vulnerability management, SIEM administration, incident response, continuous security monitoring, and supporting audit compliance activities.

Comply is looking for a senior technical lead to help grow and scale the Software Engineering teams. This role will report to the Senior Director of Software Engineering and will help in the delivery of future forward solutions and architecture. You will have technical expertise to help architect the future of our software engineering platform running in the cloud as well as leading a software sprint team.

Seeking a resourceful and business-minded Assistant General Counsel with at least 2 years of in-house legal experience in a software or tech environment. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, you will provide critical legal support across commercial transactions, compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.
