Senior Credit Card Operations Manager

Oversee and optimize the performance, compliance, and daily operations of our credit card program. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., issuing banks, processors, and networks) to ensure smooth execution of our card initiatives, manage key vendor relationships, and help scale the program as we grow. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations of our crypto-backed credit card, managing relationships with issuing banks, processors, and card networks. You will also monitor program KPIs, partner with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Engineering, and Product teams, oversee settlement, coordinate incident responses, develop and document operational processes, and serve as the go-to expert internally for all things related to card program operations.
