Capital Markets Associate

Focus on driving growth of our core and emerging products by securing funding and liquidity from capital market participants. Eager to learn and energized by working directly with our counterparties and across internal functional areas to deliver on Upstart’s capital strategy. Support deal execution process, leverage modeling skills, and participate in term negotiations, to facilitate capital markets activities. Own performance monitoring and reporting on our pass thru, securitizations, and financing facilities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, operations, data analytics, accounting) to support Upstart’s funding and liquidity needs. Develop and maintain relationships with external counterparties. Perform industry research / data analysis and prepare external-facing marketing materials.
