Oversee all aspects of our payment infrastructure. This role includes managing relationships with payment processors, reducing chargebacks and refunds, optimizing billing flows, and ensuring payment compliance across platforms. Monitor and reduce chargebacks, disputes, and refund rates. Manage integrations with existing and new payment processors. Maintain strong communication with payment providers and resolve transactional issues. Analyze payment data and implement risk mitigation strategies.
