The Senior FP&A Analyst role combines financial and modeling expertise with business partnership to drive strategic financial outcomes. You will maintain a deep understanding of financial plans, results, and performance indicators to accelerate profitable growth. This role provides high-impact financial reporting, insights, and recommendations that influence strategic decision-making in areas that drive recurring revenue / annually recurring revenue (ARR).

As a Revenue Operations professional, you will optimize revenue-generating processes, use data for informed decision-making, and ensure alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success teams. You will drive efficiency, scalability, and accelerated revenue growth through strategic alignment and process optimization, data management and analytics, technology and systems management, and cross-functional collaboration.

As the Financial Planning & Analysis, Senior Analyst for QAD, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's growth strategy through the evaluation and integration of potential acquisition targets and assisting the FP&A team in financial analyses and reporting. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead financial analyses, conduct due diligence, and provide critical insights that will influence strategic decision-making at the executive level.
