  • Own the New Product Introduction process for AI-powered products, chairing stage-gate reviews from concept to general availability.
  • Hold single-decision-maker authority on product readiness, including against commercial pressure.
  • Build and lead the Product Operations function, setting standards for portfolio prioritization and governance.

$145,000–$160,000/yr

  • Drive existing customer expansion by selling Champion AI agents and Adaptive ERP upgrades, owning the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Perform whitespace analysis and formulate AI business cases to maximize adoption within active accounts.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on account strategy, maintain pipeline accuracy, and capture expansion success stories.

  • Architect and deploy custom AI integrations to connect CRM, sales engagement platforms, and other tech stack components, building proprietary LLM-based tools for account enrichment and outbound messaging.
  • Partner with RevOps and Marketing Ops to audit the tech stack, implement predictive modeling for high-intent pipelines, and ensure data integrity as a single source of truth for AI forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing to build AI-driven retention loops, automate content distribution, and train GTM teams on effective use of AI tools to maximize individual output.
