What You'll Do:
- Own and improve demand-based models for ARR growth and bookings, including seat, price, tier, and retention dynamics.
- Develop new business targets and assessments supporting Marketing, Sales, and Partners.
- Support pricing and packaging strategy through reporting, price-change assessment, and scenario modeling.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or similar analytical roles with strong financial modeling skills.
- Ability to identify trends, test assumptions, and connect detailed analysis to company strategy.
- Experience translating complex data into clear recommendations for executive audiences.

- Act as an internal strategic advisor and incubator for new business plans.
- Partner across GitLab to evaluate customer demand, product investments, pricing, partnerships, and long-term growth.
