About the Role:
- The Senior Pricing Analyst will be a key contributor on the Actuarial & Pricing team, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams.
- This role owns deal-level financial modeling, competitive pricing intelligence, and analytical work connecting pricing strategy to commercial outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Own and enhance Headspace's pricing strategy by upgrading assumption pipelines and optimizing models.
- Build competitive pricing intelligence and turn market signals into recommendations.
- Analyze engagement data to connect price points to deal outcomes and support deal desk with financial analysis.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field with 5+ years of pricing or actuarial experience.
- Extensive financial modeling in Excel/Sheets and data analysis skills in R, SQL, or Python.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience supporting sales or commercial teams.
