The Senior Director, Health Plan Sales sits on our Health Plan Sales team, focusing on bringing Headspaceβs full suite of mental health and wellbeing solutions to health plans nationally. This role executes strategic deals, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and contributes to scalable growth within the payer vertical to shape how health plans deliver behavioral health solutions.
Support the companyβs revenue and cash planning processes, contributing to annual budgets and quarterly forecasts while maintaining and improving forecasting models. Build and maintain financial reporting that summarizes trends in revenue and cash to support data-informed decision-making. Analyze revenue performance metrics and perform monthly variance analysis for revenue and cash.
