Provide high quality, innovative, tele-psychiatry to Headspace patients over a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform. Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes within 24 hours of session. Work with a collaborative care team including mental health coaches, other therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and external care providers.

As a Security & Compliance Analyst, you'll help lead the charge in refining our risk & security programs, driving compliance excellence, and ensuring our product, applications, and infrastructure are secured to improve Headspace’s overall security posture. You will support our efforts to bring innovative features to life, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and ensure our platform's reliability and scalability for over 65 million users.

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Headspace will lead the development of complex, scalable AI models and applications from inception to production. You'll drive impactful ML technology initiatives that will shape the delivery of and access to mental healthcare, while also providing technical leadership and promoting high-quality code through engagement in code review.

Lead Headspace’s partnership strategy across the healthcare enablement ecosystem, building scalable playbooks and repeatable programs that extend beyond individual partnerships. Build and manage a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities from initial outreach through final contract execution, owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with both speed and thoughtfulness.
