Strategy & Operations Manager

Role Overview:

• Drive financial planning and forecasting, partnering with Head of Finance and cross-functional leaders.
• Lead high-visibility strategic analyses (pricing, GTM ROI, new product launches).
• Support operational backbone of embedded finance platform and Corporate Development.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years experience, including 2-3 years in high-growth SaaS startup after IB/PE/consulting.
• Strong financial modeling skills; comfortable with Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI tools.
• Analytical, proactive with AI tools, and able to turn ambiguity into structured recommendations.

Growth Path:

• Within 6 months: own forecasting end-to-end and lead independent strategic analyses.
• Within 12 months: be go-to for financial forecasting, drive process improvements, and support M&A.
• Become a trusted operational partner on embedded finance products as offerings launch.
