Vice President, Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO, executive leadership, Board, investors, and lenders, translating strategy into financial plans.
• Own enterprise financial visibility, ensuring leaders have timely and actionable insights into performance and risks.

FP&A and Performance Management:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-support, including long-range planning and scenario analysis.
• Oversee reporting for value-based care and risk-based arrangements, translating complex data into business insights.

Strategic Growth:

• Evaluate market expansion, payer partnerships, and investments through rigorous financial analysis and business case development.
• Support M&A, JV, and other strategic transactions, including diligence, valuation, and integration planning.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing Finance organization, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Build scalable processes and leadership bench strength to support future growth and enterprise leadership.
