Vice President, Finance

Role Overview:

• You will serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership, translating enterprise priorities into financial strategies and measurable outcomes.
• You will lead FP&A, strategic finance, performance management, and business analytics, providing comprehensive financial visibility across the organization.

Key Accountabilities:

• Prepare executive-level financial reporting, Board presentations, investor communications, and strategic recommendations.
• Own the integrated financial model, including long-range planning, scenario analysis, and capital allocation recommendations.
• Develop scalable KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance management processes that enable data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 10-15+ years of progressive finance experience with senior leadership responsibilities in strategic finance, FP&A, or related functions.
• Experience in healthcare is strongly preferred, especially in provider, payer, or value-based care environments.
