New VP, Services Operations (Remote)

About the Role:

• The VP of Services Operations leads end-to-end operational execution of the services business, from SOW creation through project delivery and closure.
• This role oversees Services Sales Operations, Project Operations, Resource Management, Services Solutions, Contingent Staffing, and the PMO, accountable for operational excellence and financial discipline.

What You'll Do:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Own the PMO, Sales and Project Operations, Resource Management, Vendor Management, and Services Reporting to drive scalability and quality.
• Partner cross-functionally to align services operations with company strategy, including change management and M&A support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; minimum 10 years in operations, project management, or finance.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience and prior work in a technology or consulting company.
• Strong financial acumen, ERP system familiarity, and project management principles.
