Senior Project Manager Canada Operations – Project Management

Role Overview:

• Lead end-to-end ERP and SaaS implementation projects for food and beverage clients.
• Take ownership of project delivery, timelines, budgets, and scope while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Play a strategic role in strengthening client partnerships and minimizing delivery risks.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving issues independently and preventing escalations.
• Manage project budgets, anticipate financial risks, and align commercial decisions with internal stakeholders.
• Mentor project managers and lead initiatives to improve project management standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering ERP or SaaS implementations with budgets exceeding CAD $100,000.
• Strong client relationship expertise and financial accountability.
