About the Role:
- Lead end-to-end ERP software implementation and consulting projects for mid-sized and enterprise clients.
- Own account management relationships beyond go-live, driving retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to governance and best practices.
- Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in project management with at least 3 years in ERP implementations.
- Proven track record delivering full-cycle ERP projects and experience with major ERP platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
