The role:
- You will own the P&L and book of business for a $3–5M portfolio of client engagements.
- You will lead a team of consultants, business analysts, and project managers delivering ERP/SaaS implementations.
- You will shape delivery approach based on customer needs and drive profitability.
What you'll do:
- Oversee delivery quality and outcomes across ERP/SaaS implementation projects.
- Act as senior escalation point and relationship owner for key customers.
- Partner with Sales to scope, price, and position new engagements.
