Lead Technical Project Manager

Accountabilities:

• Lead the day-to-day activities of a team of Technical Project Managers, providing direction, support, mentoring, and guidance.
• Manage the full lifecycle of SaaS implementation projects from initiation through delivery, launch, and post-launch support.
• Define project scope, requirements, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables through structured business analysis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading technical or software implementation projects, ideally with SaaS platforms or enterprise software.
• Strong experience managing projects across the full lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, testing, and launch.
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills, with ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business leaders, and clients.
