Overview:
- Deliver strategic initiatives across finance systems and enterprise applications in a global interactive entertainment environment.
- Oversee complex technical programs from planning through implementation, adoption, and operational support.
Accountabilities:
- Drive program strategy, roadmaps, and end-to-end delivery while managing budgets, resources, and risks.
- Engage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business priorities.
- Champion Agile methodologies and continuous improvement across program management.
Requirements:
- At least 2–4 years of program or project management experience with enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, HCM, EPM, and Agile practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with ability to influence without authority.
