About the Role:
- Lead strategic initiatives to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency
- Guide cross-functional teams and develop scalable, high-performing processes
- Work closely with senior leadership to inform data-driven strategic decisions
Key Responsibilities:
- Design operational strategies and oversee day-to-day service delivery operations
- Drive process optimization, resource management, and performance tracking via KPIs

Requirements:
- 10+ years in people management, including leading other managers
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), Tableau/Power BI, and Agile/Lean Six Sigma
- Strong strategic planning, analytics, supply chain, and remote leadership capabilities
Benefits:
- Annual base salary of $120,075 to $160,100 depending on experience and location
