Role Overview:
- Drive operational excellence across systems, resource planning, and reporting for a global Professional Services team.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and develop operations team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize the Cloud Coach PSA platform, maintain data integrity, and support end users.
- Lead resource planning, capacity forecasting, and workforce planning while monitoring utilization and demand.
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and reports to track operational performance and translate data into recommendations.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years in Professional Services Operations, Resource Management, or Business Operations, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven experience with PSA platforms, system configuration, process improvement, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
