Director, Data & IT

About the Role:

• This leadership role shapes the data and technology roadmap for a mission-driven organization.
• You will strengthen data infrastructure, improve technology operations, and build scalable systems.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute a data and internal technology strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the data ecosystem, including warehouses, pipelines, and BI dashboards.
• Oversee daily IT operations, including end-user support, cybersecurity, business continuity, and vendor management.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in data or analytics functions and complex technology initiatives.
• 3–5 years of experience supervising direct reports and monitoring team KPIs.
• Strong technical fluency in SQL, data architecture, analytics, and modern data platforms.

Benefits:

• Annual salary range of $120,000–$139,114 and fully remote work.
