Key Responsibilities:

Lead business operations, including forecasting, resource planning, and performance management.
Own sales operations processes, pipeline management, and revenue performance.
Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and leadership reporting for data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

10+ years in Business Operations, FP&A, Sales Operations, or related roles.
Strong understanding of professional services economics, resource planning, and profitability analysis.
Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
