Chief Financial Officer

About the Role:

• The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a key strategic leader, responsible for scaling and strengthening the finance, accounting, and business operations function.
• This role focuses on building a world-class financial operating system that enables real-time visibility, data-driven decision-making, and strong financial discipline across all teams.
• You will partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership to drive profitability, optimize capital allocation, and continuously improve EBITDA margins.

Key Accountabilities:

• Own and drive the full finance function, including financial planning, accounting, reporting, and business operations.
• Develop and operationalize a scalable financial operating model that enables real-time insights, self-serve dashboards, and transparent performance tracking.
• Build and maintain robust forecasting, budgeting, and goal accountability frameworks tied directly to business outcomes.
