About the role:
- Help support broad-based efforts to build a diversified capitalization strategy.
- Work closely with capital markets and bank partnerships business teams.
- Report to the Director, Capital Markets Counsel.
What you’ll do:
- Support the capital markets team in building out capital sources and strategies.
- Guide each financing transaction from strategy to execution.
- Communicate legal advice clearly and concisely.
What we look for:
- 5+ years of relevant law-firm experience, JD degree, and bar membership.
- Previous legal experience in structured and/or debt finance.
- Outstanding integrity, business judgment, and interpersonal skills.
