Your Role:
- As Legal Counsel, help navigate complex regulatory frameworks across U.S. broker-dealer regulation, digital assets, payments, and evolving areas.
- Partner closely with Product, Brokerage, Crypto, Compliance, and other teams to support product reviews, agreements, policies, and disputes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Draft agreements, disclosures, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor regulatory developments at SEC, FINRA, CFTC, FinCEN, and OFAC.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- J.D. degree and active U.S. state bar membership.
- 5-7+ years legal experience with at least 3 years in U.S. broker-dealer regulation.
- Familiarity with U.S. cryptoasset regulatory regimes and experience advising fintechs or financial institutions.
