Senior Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilites:

• Provide broad legal support across live transactions and general corporate matters, from term sheet through closing.
• Manage end-to-end transaction lifecycle including due diligence, structuring, drafting, and negotiation.
• Support corporate governance, entity management, and compliance across a multi-jurisdictional group.

Ideal Candidate:

• Wants to work at the leading edge of onchain capital markets and is naturally curious and eager to learn.
• Takes ownership, drives matters forward, and has sound business judgment.
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial, comfortable operating as a generalist.

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in BigLaw or comparable in-house role.
• Transactional background in finance, securitization, structured finance, capital markets, or corporate M&A.
• Strong drafting skills and experience managing external counsel; bonus for digital assets experience.
