Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Associate

Responsibilities:

• Manage entity formation and setup for emerging companies.
• Oversee equity and debt financings, including structuring and negotiation.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and provide corporate governance counsel.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with strong academic credentials.
• 2–8 years of experience in emerging companies and venture capital practice.
• Blockchain experience preferred but not required.
