Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with members of the Legal Department and management regarding regulatory litigation matters and relationships with U.S. government agencies.
- Support the company’s response to regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, and compliance reviews.
- Provide guidance and counsel in coordination with cross-functional teams to comply with legal obligations.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ legal experience in financial services, contentious regulatory matters, or litigation.
- Keen interest in U.S. AML and sanctions compliance programs.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
