Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple sophisticated matters while meeting demanding deadlines.
- Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with a distributed legal team.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of law firm experience in renewable energy or infrastructure.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
- Licensed to practice law in your state of residence.
