Senior Corporate Counsel, Data Centers and Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive data center transactions from structuring through signature, including letters of intent, master services agreements, order forms, and related agreements.
• Draft and negotiate data center capacity leases, colocation agreements, design/build contracts, and operations-and-maintenance agreements.

Qualifications:

• Approximately 6-8+ years of legal experience, including meaningful in-house experience supporting data center or comparable large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Direct experience negotiating data center agreements from a developer, provider, or tenant perspective.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. state.

Compensation:

• Base salary ranging from $255,000 to $290,000.
• 20% target annual bonus and equity, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
