Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents and third-party contracts with guidance from attorneys.
Manage template agreements, loan closing packages, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Support litigation, bankruptcy, and subpoena management, including document collection and matter tracking.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate preferred.
5+ years of related experience, with strong preference for fintech, payments, or banking-as-a-service background.
Competencies include integrity, attention to detail, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range of $28.80 - $48.35 per hour, eligible for annual performance-based incentive.
