What You Will Do:
- Assist the legal team with Section 16 filings, Nasdaq compliance, and board meeting logistics.
- Manage the closing process for acquisitions, including coordinating diligence and drafting ancillary documents.
- Implement and maintain employee ownership programs, equity administration, and cap table records.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of paralegal experience with M&A and public company exposure.
- Hands-on experience with entity formation, board consents, and litigation support.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to drive processes independently.
