Responsibilities:
- Maintain company-wide legal project tracker with priorities, deadlines, and status updates.
- Project manage legal matters from intake through completion, proactively following up on open items.
- Coordinate contract reviews, corporate matters, and intellectual property projects.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of paralegal or legal operations experience.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
