Senior Paralegal (6 month contract)

About the Role:

• We're looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal to join on a contract through late March or early April.
• This role goes beyond traditional corporate paralegal work, owning core legal operations, corporate administration, and regulatory documentation.
• You'll work directly with the General Counsel and leadership team with significant autonomy to improve processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own day-to-day legal operations and corporate administration, including maintaining corporate records and governance documents.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate execution of contracts, NDAs, and signature packages.
• Support regulatory and compliance initiatives through document management, evidence collection, and licensing work.

Who We're Looking For:

• Certified paralegal or equivalent Canadian qualification with 5+ years of experience supporting an in-house legal team or law firm.
• Strong experience with corporate governance, commercial contracts, and legal administration.
• Comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities, and excited to use AI and automation in legal work.
