What you'll do:

• Take full ownership of the NDA and intake process, driving NDAs to execution independently.
• Maintain a centralized legal intake process and enforce it company-wide.
• Own the signature pipeline end to end and organize the contract repository.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of paralegal or legal operations experience.
• Experience independently managing NDAs and building legal intake processes.
• Working knowledge of e-signature tools and contract lifecycle management.
