The Legal Team is searching for a Contracts Manager to join the Commercial Transactions team at Perforce. The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting the review, redlining, and negotiation of commercial agreements between Perforce and its customers and partners. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has strong organizational skills.

Seeking junior to mid-level Contract Managers to work on a remote or hybrid basis. Responsibilities include redlining, editing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements. You will report on contract analyses and reviewing contract compliance with company policy.
