Key Responsibilities:
- Execute thorough reviews of inbound contracts (NDAs, vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, service agreements)
- Redline and revise contract language, draft bespoke clauses for non-standard requests to protect company interests.
- Contribute to and refine legal resources, playbooks, and prompt libraries to improve the accuracy and coverage of automated contract workflows.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience reviewing commercial contracts.
- Experience redlining contracts (editing clauses, suggesting edits, tracking changes).
- Sound judgment about when to approve vs. escalate a contract for counsel review.
