What You'll Own & Drive:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on legal issues and business risks.
- Support continuous improvement of legal department operations.
What You Bring To The Table:
- JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5+ years of legal experience, including a combination of law firm and in-house roles.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
