Collaborate with globally-distributed Sales, Account Management, and Procurement organizations to engage with current and future customers
Review proposed contractual edits, and help negotiate and close important deals
Support rollout and improvement of contract lifecycle management and associated platforms

Requirements:

JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state bar and/or European country
3-5 years of relevant experience at a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal department
Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
