We are looking for a Team Leader for one of our SysOps teams to support our GCP and on-premises infrastructure, internal services for the SysOps department, and parts of the Wrike product. In this role you will be able to influence decisions, mentor, and upskill your team, enabling partners with a reliable and effective infrastructure and Cloud-based solutions.
As a Sales Development Representative at Wrike, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, establishing relationships and identifying needs to determine qualified sales opportunities. You’ll play a critical role in building Wrike’s pipeline, driving our brand presence, and setting the stage for long-term customer success. The SDRs are sellers in waiting, and Wrike loves to promote from within.
Proactively onboard new paying customers, understand their use cases, and provide guidance on Wrike setup. Lead training for teams, showcase features, and answer usage questions. Monitor accounts to identify opportunities and assist at-risk accounts. Use consulting skills to help customers unlock value from Wrike. Conduct Executive Business Reviews and run health checks to ensure optimal functionality usage. Partner with account management to identify up-sell opportunities. Advocate for customers to Product Managers.
