Senior Litigation Paralegal

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze legal documents, including discovery, motions, and pleadings.
• Draft legal complaints, motions, appeals, and discovery requests/responses.
• Conduct legal research and manage court e-filings in Florida and Federal jurisdictions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of senior paralegal experience, including 2 years in a US law firm.
• Strong knowledge of US legal procedures and mandatory Florida/Federal e-filing.
• Ability to maintain accuracy under pressure and handle confidential information.
