What You'll Do:
- Provide U.S. legal support including contract review, compliance monitoring, and corporate filings.
- Handle Philippines legal tasks such as employment law compliance and business registration.
- Manage legal department workflows and assist with litigation and procurement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate with 3+ years experience.
- Located in the Philippines and able to work night shift for U.S. overlap.
- Familiarity with U.S. law, contracts, or tax filings is highly desirable.
