Partner with internal teams to ensure strategic application of legal playbooks and agentic workflows, navigating cross-border commercial considerations.
Drive AI-powered process automation across legal and operational functions, identifying inefficiencies and deploying scalable solutions.

Requirements:

3-6 years of experience in commercial contracts.
Deep interest in AI, innovation, and the future of legal services.
Strong background in outsourcing and commercial contracting.
LL.M. from a U.S. institution or US bar eligibility strongly preferred.

Work Environment:

100% remote role with working hours in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Independent contractor position with direct client interaction and ownership of client relationships.
