Lead and develop a globally distributed team of approximately fourteen lawyers and paralegals. Redesign the drafting and review workflow for non-disclosure agreements, embedding artificial intelligence to improve throughput. Identify, scope, and launch additional contract review and drafting services to expand the firm's offerings.
