The Opportunity:
- Own attorney development from the ground up, building feedback cadence and community.
- Turn associates into long-term, fully utilized members of the firm.
What You'll Do:
- Build a feedback cadence and manage stakeholder relationships with partners.
- Own L&D programs end-to-end and coach associates directly.
- Use data to drive decisions and bring a point of view on talent.
What We're Looking For:
- Legal or attorney-development background with strong L&D design skills.
- Coaching/mentoring experience and working knowledge of US employment law.
- Data-driven, excellent English communication, and comfort with ambiguity.
