Accountabilities:
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of customer-facing contracts, including master service agreements and amendments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support contract lifecycle management and ensure agreements align with business objectives.
- Improve contract processes by streamlining workflows and implementing scalable solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification required; 7+ years of experience in commercial contracts.
- Strong understanding of contract law principles and ability to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
- Experience with contract management platforms like Ironclad and CRM systems like Salesforce.
