Senior Contracts Manager

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management for a broad portfolio of commercial agreements.
• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contract terms directly with customers and vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries from Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in contracts management or a related role.
• Demonstrated expertise negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, including SaaS subscription agreements.
• Strong working knowledge of SaaS-specific contract concepts like subscription models and SLAs.
