You Will:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements.
- Independently lead negotiations and provide practical contract guidance.
- Manage contract lifecycle from intake through execution and renewal.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of progressive contracts management experience.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating SaaS and software agreements.
- Experience using Salesforce, Apttus, or similar CLM systems.
