Contract Administrator

Position Overview:

• Reporting to the Manager, Contract Administration, this role drives the contract management process from negotiation to execution.
• Serves as first responder and manages registration with state and local agencies and joint purchasing cooperatives.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain standard templates for customer agreements, privacy policies, and NDAs.
• Implement best practices for contract execution and management across the company.
• Work with sales and finance to facilitate negotiation and execution of customer contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar; law degree strongly preferred.
• Approximately 5 years of contract administration experience, ideally in software or technology.
• Experience with contract management and electronic signature software such as SalesForce and Conga.
