The Implementation Specialist is a key position to support Raptor Technologiesβ continued growth by project managing successful implementations for clients. You will meet with customers, configure software modules, and manage routine implementations. Strong knowledge of software and project management skills are needed.
Responsible for sales development through research, prospecting, outbound lead generation, and inbound lead follow-up. This role qualifies sales prospects and gets a meeting booked with a Sales Rep who will progress them through the sales funnel. Passion for leading and mentoring with the ability to keep others motivated.
The Sales Enablement Specialist executes Raptorβs enablement plan by building, maintaining, and delivering training and field-ready content. You will run onboarding and monthly trainings, administer our LMS/knowledge base, and keep materials current with product releases and sales-process updates.
