The Customer Success Associate provides a premier customer experience for the existing client base by offering excellent support and ensuring clients maximize the Raptor solution. They will work closely with sales, technical support, and professional services to support and inform clients throughout their journey.
In this role, you will support the installation and operation of Raptorβs Badge Alert system. This individual contributor role combines technical problem-solving with remote support responsibilities, ensuring installers and customers receive prompt, accurate, and thorough assistance. You will troubleshoot gateway connectivity and assist with installations.
The Senior Software Engineer will be a key member of a high-functioning, collaborative, agile team, working closely with our Technical Lead and Architect. The Senior brings deep expertise in multi-tenant SaaS platforms, distributed architectures, and microservices, with the ability to build modern solutions in .NET 6+ while maintaining and evolving our legacy .NET Framework 4.7.2 monolith.
